Delivery Coverage
We ship to all states in Malaysia — Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
Shipping Fees & Timeframes

FREE shipping on selected orders above RM 150.00 within Peninsular Malaysia.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends & public holidays are processed the next working day.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Self-Collection
Self-collection is available at our Johor Bahru address (see Contact page) Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Please bring your order confirmation.
Undeliverable / Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer care team at 013-876 8658 and we will assist you promptly.
